1. Center for Archaeology of Middle East Landscape (CAMEL) - At CAMEL we aim to analyze and understand this landscape by combining both traditional on-the-ground archaeological surveys with remote-sensing methods such as satellite imagery and air photo analysis.
2. American Schools of Oriental Research (ASOR) - Non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging research into Near Eastern archaeology. Includes information on publications, annual meeting, membership, overseas centers, and excavations.
3. British Institute of Persian Studies - An academic body founded in 1961 and supported by the British Academy and dedicated to research in all aspects of Iranian Studies.
4. Cobb Institute of Archaeology - The Cobb was founded at Mississippi State University was in 1971 and sponsors archaeological research in the Middle East and southern United States. Includes: faculty, history, and research.
5. Netherlands Institute for the Near East - Foundation for the study of the archaeology, history, languages and culture of the Near East. Participates in research and publication activities.
