Groups of musicians who perform at Faires or similar reenactment events; or who specialize in Period music appropriate to Faire events. 1. Brollywacker Music - Misti Bernard, Sean Foree and John Talbert perform rowdy original and traditional British Isles reels and jigs; hammered dulcimer, guitar, penny whistle. Event schedule, biographies, photos, CDs.
2. Camerata Musica - Ensemble performs madrigals of the Middle Age, Renaissance, and later periods at the Maryland Renaissance Festival and other events. Includes events.
3. Consorte Bella Donna - Madrigal group at the Bristol Renaissance Faire, singing historically accurate Renaissance music. Schedule information.
4. Gypsophilia - Group plays music from Turkey, Greece, Yugoslavia, Hungary, Romania, and the Middle East at Faires and other events. Biographies, events schedule, CD, sound files.
5. Gypsy Guerrilla Band - Two member band in Period costume performs a mix of styles from baroque to reggae; hammered dulcimer, autoharp, kalimba, and Irish whistle. Events schedule, CDs.
6. Mince Pye - Early Music consort in full costume performs an eclectic repertoire of Renaissance, Medieval, Celtic, and Middle Eastern music with unusual instruments. Events schedule, CDs and audio files.
7. Queen Anne's Lace - Seven member troupe in full Period costume perform traditional Renaissance and Faire music. Events schedule, CDs and audio files.
8. The Renaissance Revelers - Virginia/Maryland based madrigal singing group. News, live performance schedule, and sound clips.
