| Vector graphics is the formation of digital images through a series of commands or mathematical statements that place lines and shapes in a given two-dimensional or three-dimensional space. Vector graphics, because they consist of points and objects rather than pixels on a grid, are free from the confines of pixel resolution. Unlike bitmapped images, they will always print at the highest dpi possible giving you printed output with smooth fills and crisp lines no matter what size you print it. |
